Closing Early – Company Christmas Party

In order to allow all employees to attend the company Christmas Party we will be holding the following hours today.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Normal Operations
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM Pickup and dropoff only.
No repairs, service, or support avilable.

Holiday Hours.

Providence Computers will be closing early at 5PM on 11/23/16, Closed on Thanksgiving and reopen our normal business hours on Friday and Saturday.

What to bring?

When bringing in your computer for service, please remember to bring the following:

Desktops:
If your desktop uses a standard 3 prong power cord, you do not need to bring it with you for service.
If your desktop uses a laptop/power brick style cord, please bring it with you.
If you are having issues with your peripherals (keyboard, mouse, printer) please bring them along.
If you are having issues with a specific software package (MS Office, Quickbooks) please bring it with you in case we need to re-install the software.

Laptops:
Please bring your power cord, it is required for all types of service.

Data backup/Data recovery:
Please bring a flash drive or portable HDD to recover you data to. (or be prepared to purchase one at check in) Your recovery/backup cannot proceed without a destination drive.
